I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor trained in working with individual adults for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and loss. I also have a special interest in working with stress, ‘burn-out’ and managing past traumatic experiences.
The quality of the therapeutic relationship is at the core of my work, in offering you a safe and accepting space to talk.
I may integrate other therapeutic approaches focussing on helpful strategies, looking at the past and unconscious behaviour or suggesting more creative ways to communicate difficult emotions in the moment. The process is unique to you, working towards movement and connection to yourself and others. I offer a free 20 minute consultation prior to meeting.
