I’m a BACP-registered relational counsellor working with adults, young people, and children aged 4+. I aim to offer a genuine, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and not judged.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues including bereavement, trauma, domestic abuse, anxiety, and depression. Through my work in schools, I’ve developed a particular focus on neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD, AuDHD) and supporting individuals with additional needs—especially around emotional regulation and understanding.
I genuinely value the opportunity to sit alongside people in this work, and I’m always mindful of the trust it takes to open up. My approach is collaborative and relational—rather than offering quick fixes, I work with you to build insight, make sense of your experiences, and support changes that feel right for you.
I offer flexible ways of working, including online, face-to-face, and walk-and-talk sessions. I also offer a free initial consultation so you can decide whether I feel like the right fit for you.
