REGULATION AND INDEMNITY

Whenever required to do so by the Owner, the Practitioner must provide the Owner with appropriate evidence that the Practitioner:

• Holds current membership of an appropriate professional regulating body;
• Has completed recognised training in their profession to at least diploma standard;
• Holds current professional indemnity insurance for an amount and against risks approved by the Owner; and
• Whenever appropriate, holds a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• The Practitioner must indemnify the Owner against any liability, loss or damage arising from the Practitioner’s activities in connection with this Agreement.
